Kevin Garnett “probably” won’t play in any back-to-back games this season.
- Updated: August 16, 2013
Brooklyn Nets Head Coach Jason Kidd says newly acquired hall of fame Power Forward, Kevin Garnett “probably won’t play in any back-to-backs this season”.
If Coach Kidd sticks true to his word Kevin Garnett will not play in 36 games for the Nets this upcoming season, including his highly anticipated return to Boston on January 26th.
Expect Andrei Kirilenko to start in place of Kevin Garnett for those 36 games. Kirilenko averaged 12.4 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, 2.8 apg, along with 1 block per game and 1.5 steals per game on 50.7% shooting for the Minnesota Timberwolves last season.
