Kobe Bryant Wants Derek Fisher Back

Derek Fisher signed a one-year deal for the veterans minimum to remain in Oklahoma City. At 39, this could very well be Fisher’s last season. Don’t tell that to Kobe.

Kobe Bryant recently spoke in Dubai about his favorite all-team teammate.

“My all time favorite teammate has always been Derek Fisher. He’s been my favorite teammate, I would love to see him back in a Lakers uniform so we could kind of finish out together.”

Even if Derek Fisher decides to play beyond this season, its unlikely the Lakers would seriously look at him during a rebuilding stage.
